Hi Again!
My brewing process is to go from fermenter after hitting final gravity to a pressure keg with priming sugar. I leave it for 2-3 days at 20C then drop it to about 11C for 3 weeks to condition.
In this process where I don't use a secondary fermentation vessel before kegging, when should I add the gelatin?
I have read some instructions suggesting adding to the fermenter bucket after hitting final gravity, bu I've also heard of people adding to keg along with priming sugar, I assume becasue the gelatin will work better once chilled.
