Hello folks,
I am fairly to this world and am just in the process of brewing a Cooper's draught kit. I've used 500g brewing sugar and 500g extra light spray malt, plus the contents of the tin. My real question is this: I've got 75g of beerworks cascade hops in the freezer (unused), and was thinking of chucking them into this batch.
A) is this a not-terrible idea, and if so:
B) at what stage of the process should I put them in?
(and C - do I need to do anything other than put them in a muslin bag and throw them into the bucket)?
Any / all help would be greatly appreciated!
