I just bottled two gallons apple and blackberry, two gallons apple and pear and a gallon of mead - so five DJs ready for some more wurzels and some fruit teabag wine followed by five gallons of apricot wine :cool:

Also got some cranberry fermenting and some rhubarb :thumb:
 
All on as below. I've also got some more Ribenna waiting to be made up and plans for some WOW. Also just ordered a Coopers Ozzy Pale Ale kit. But running out of room to put it all!!!

not started yet but ive ordered 2 california connoisseur 6 btl wine kits to try out.looking forward to it, who knows when it will be delivered, ive not had mail for a week.bollocks!
 
Two gallons of Elderberry, Damson, & Apple, just about finishing. A Rose, which is the b*st*rd child of them. Six gallons of Easy White. Just to keep us going over Christmas :drunk:

Oh, & a Damson Vodka :whistle:
 
Nothing, it's too damned cold.

6 gallons of Apple (with a hint or elderberry) ready for racking but nothing actually working.

46 gallons maturing in bulk though, and enough already bottled to last quite a long time :drunk:
 
A gallon of parsnip wine
1 gal of apple and 1 gal of apple and elderflower (both from juice)

They're all bubbling away quite nicely in the kitchen. The Blubs are once again in the Kirton household, it's been far too long :party:
 
2 gallons of damson wine still bubbling nicely in the bathroom, more varieties to come too if this one comes good :thumb:
 
Nothing fermenting at the mo but I do have

35L of Elderberry ready to bottle, 2 gallon of WOW, a gallon of simple mead, a gallon of strawberry and rhubarb mead, two gallon of TC :D
 
Wife has elderflower, elderberry, hawthorn, mixed summer fruit, dandelion orange, and ginger on the go since last summer. Should be ready soon... she likes to ferment for a year.
 
Last year's plum is still aging
Still not cetain the parsnip's completely stopped fermenting
orange&cinnamon mead will be fermenting another month, I should think
Going to start some Early Grey tea wine this weekend.
 
Last month i made two gallons of pearl barley wine :thumb:
and last week i started two Gallons of banana wine :D
Both lots of wine are fermenting very well. :grin:
 
Two gall of rhubarb and cherry ribena (one topped up with apple juice.)

Two Youngs kits I had given me - one strawberry ,one elderberry.

Just bought some of the polish raspberry juice ,might make a peach rasp, with it.
