I just bottled two gallons apple and blackberry, two gallons apple and pear and a gallon of mead - so five DJs ready for some more wurzels and some fruit teabag wine followed by five gallons of apricot wine
Also got some cranberry fermenting and some rhubarb :thumb:
All on as below. I've also got some more Ribenna waiting to be made up and plans for some WOW. Also just ordered a Coopers Ozzy Pale Ale kit. But running out of room to put it all!!!

Two gallons of Elderberry, Damson, & Apple, just about finishing. A Rose, which is the b*st*rd child of them. Six gallons of Easy White. Just to keep us going over Christmas :drunk:
Wife has elderflower, elderberry, hawthorn, mixed summer fruit, dandelion orange, and ginger on the go since last summer. Should be ready soon... she likes to ferment for a year.
Last year's plum is still aging
Still not cetain the parsnip's completely stopped fermenting
orange&cinnamon mead will be fermenting another month, I should think
Going to start some Early Grey tea wine this weekend.
Last month i made two gallons of pearl barley wine :thumb:
and last week i started two Gallons of banana wine
Both lots of wine are fermenting very well. :grin:
