Its really surprisingly comfortable to sit in, poached the swivel bit from an ancient office chair. All the other bits have been recycled from the bath.

I know! Had i realised how much this sort of thing goes for I would have used a ruler and taken some time over it! Plenty of middle class people wanting arty 'recycled' furniture so they can be 'green' and trendy all in one :D
 
Designer Wayne Hemmingway has a sofa made out of half a wooden rowing boat.



Pretty cool.
 
By the looks of it you could only use one side to get a sofa out of , or in that case a fore and aft sofa if the boat was big enough.

I just picked up an old bath last week.... so what to make now? Might just have to use it for a raised bed in my front yard...
