What to brew?

Have a free day aka brew day on monday but dont know what to make.

I'd like to make something I can drink fairly soon......

I have about 5kg Marris Otter, some black malt and a few hundred g of chocolate malt. No crystal.

Yeast - only have notty

Hops - Pacific Gem, Fuggles, Aurora, Amarillo, Cascade, Green Bullett, Williamette, and Columbus.

Any ideas?
