what temperature?

Hi there

I know cider has to be between 18-24 degress, but i am at work all day will my cider be ok with normal room temp without the heating being on, baring in mind it is snowing outside right now!!lol.

I don't think it will make that much difference Eilidh providing the room its in doesn't drop its temperature drastically :thumb:
 
What's “normal room temp without the heating being on” ?

I'm a winemaker who does a bit of brewing and like to keep my fermentations around 18-20°C where possible, don't mind too much if things hit 22° in Summer but find that fermentation can take considerably longer in the 16-18° range and almost stops below 16°. I would think that you should be looking for a similar range.
