So I know it's a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question, but I honestly, genuinely don't know where to start! I've just finished a Brupaks Fixby gold and I've got high hopes for the brew... which will be passing the lips in 4 or 5 weeks time.

So the beers I really like are -

Brewdog Hardcore IPA
Timothy Taylor Landlord
Derbyshire duck Brewery Ey Up
Badger Fursty Ferret and Hopping Hare

Now I'm only using kits, but are there any kits, 2 can I presume, which come close to the above? They're listed in preference....

maybe not quite in your taste, but woodfordes have just released Sundew which is a hoppy golden ale. Gonna put one on myself soon, looks like a cracker!

Im going to have to give in and do a Woodfordes' ale kit at some point.

I just watched a video of doing a kit and adding extra hops via BIAB during the boil. Seems tempting!

Started a Sundew yesterday Rob, been a long time coming and one of my fav ever pints, should be bob on for hot summer days and BBQ's!

Not sure where you're located, but Pops Homebrew in Cheltenham do their own kit under their Foresters brand called Golden Citrus Blast which is very close to Landlord. I had a pint of Landlord up the local, then came back and had a pint of the Blast, and they are pretty close. Unfortunately he only currently sells the kits out of the shop, although he has talked about doing online / mailorder.

I've just brewed Muntons Midas Touch Golden Ale and kegged it this morning, it's darker than I was expecting but a quick sample out of the FV proved it's going to be a nice one, and it came out at 5.2% :D
