Pleased with this MJ American IPA, best I've done after the Youngs

Just had the last of my bottles of Razorback that I bottled at the end of July - very smooth and balanced. My pal said he’d be delighted to be served that in a pub. I drank most of it by mid September when it was good but has clearly improved since then.
We also had a President’s Sierra APA that I bottled 9 November. It’s good but I think will be better in another month. My pal liked it but it is quite bitter still, and the matured Razorback was the stand out.
I started brewing again in May after a 30 year interval and apart from one down the drain disaster I’m mightily impressed by the new kits. My biggest problem has been drinking them all too early, partly as I share each batch with my son; so today I started a MJ Juicy IPA, I have a Cwtch ordered and want to get ahead of the game and stop drinking too early. I’ll have 2 going at the same time when the Cwtch arrives and want to get 2 more going when they are bottled.
SO - recommendations for my next 2 purchases please? I have never tried the Australian Pale Ale style but like the sound of it - which is best? I like very hoppy beers (eg Punk IPA) - - what gives a really big hit of hops (including any recommendation to pimp a kit with more dry hops)?
I have a Young’s AIPA just bottled And will be doing another Razorback soon.

The 200 bottles of wine in my cellar are going to last a lot longer than I thought!

I suggest th MJ Simcoe IPA, it's quite bitter and needs more than the 50g of simcoe provided. I've done this around 10 times now and it's always turned out nice (even when drank young) or the MJ Brut IPA, comes with 50g of citra to dry hop but not that hoppy when finished, this is a really dry drink but one I enjoy (maybe not to your taste)?

I'm having a bottle of Wherry that I added 20g cascade leaf hops to.Its very good and still young. Cheers everyone and Happy New Year!

Drinking the last bottle of my Brewferm Christmas beer, bottled 31.12.17.

I think this kit is probably best between 9 and 15 months but it has certainly changed over time. Starts as a sweet fruit cake taste. At 15 to 18 months, it developed some nice liquorice undertones. Last new year, it had lost the liquorice but had some sherry flavours. Now it has lost that but tastes like a nice barleywine.

When I brew this again, i might put some in a demijohn with some wine barrel chunks for 6 months before bottling as an experiment.

I am bottling my Old Speckled Hen mash extract clone tomorrow so having a sample - such a difference from the kits.

Will be going all grain after another one of these but it's good practice imo to learn steadily and move through the 3 processes.

Simply Pale Ale, I added 500g extra light DME and 500g sugar. It's only been bottled a month so still young but it's not bad but will benefit from a little more conditioning. First time of doing a 'Simply' kit and pleasantly surprised.Cheers folks, good health.

How would you rate the kits against your all grain. I keep meaning to try a kit again. It's been maybe 5 years now since I brewed one.

I'll jump into this thread too. Tonight has been a bit of an adventure.
A couple of whiskies whilst working (late), followed by a can of Soproni IPA, a MJ Pink Grapefruit IPA and then a night cap whisky for bed.

I've been drinking my coopers Australian lager which has been going down very well.

An honest opinion Sam, kits are very drinkable and I like to play with them, but they will never be as good as all grain, I mainly do them over winter when it’s to cold to brew outside
