While laid up with Covid recently I rewatched all of Cobra Kai - wasn't sure about it first time around but it grew on me and now I think it's fantastic for what it is.

Currently getting through the Lost Symbol on Sky which crawls along but only 4 to go now. Have Succession to watch tonight and gonna give The Wheel of Time a go.

Looking forward to plenty coming out soon - The Witcher and next year Peaky Blinders finale plus Lord of the Rings.

Is that 'The Bodyguard' that was on BBC originally? If so yes it was a really good series.
Dunno. It's this one with Richard Madden.

I'm watching 'Black Summer' on Netflix at the mo, it's another zombie thing, I can't decide whether it's so bad it's good or if i'm actually enjoying it, it's quite suspenseful, if it a little obvious and cliched.

!
Different strokes, eh? I thought it was ludicrously bad! And Richard Madden's got that Thunderbird puppet look about him! 😜

The current series of Shetland on BBC has been very good, I think.

I gave up on The Good Place during season 1. I was quite excited about seeing it too because I’d heard good things and don’t think I’ve seen anything else with Ted Danson in that I haven’t enjoyed.

We’ve just finished Schitt’s Creek which was outstanding, although I know quite a few people who haven’t got into it. Genuinely funny, well written, character-based sitcom.
we loved The Good Place; watched one episode of Schitt Creek and gave up. Can't please all of the people all of the time...

We just started watching the adaptation of Isac Asimov's Foundation - it's on AppleTV but you can get a free 30 day trial I think. It seems to bear very little resemblance to the books but is a good SF production.

The first episode was ho-hum and flat, some of the characters thoroughly unlikeable. I'm not even sure why we continued with it but at some point it got better and better.
We had a similar reaction to the first episode, but with them only being 20mins I think we watched 4 or 5 episodes that first night and got properly into it.

I think Netflix has the best offering when it comes to series. Jessica Jones is very good, Godless, some Asian series are interesting as well.
Amazon prime for me mainly for Goliath and Bosch - 2 great series

I've recently succumbed to Disney +. I like Star Wars so have watched a couple of The Mandalorian. It's got my attention.
That is such a good show. The 2nd season is even better enjoy.
