what harm will an off brew do to my insides ?

my first brew had a few problems had a few bubbles back in it from the tap weeks ago , i keep going back to it after a few others and sometimes its drinkable , only a bit left and want to finish it , but what's the score ? is it going to kill me or just make me fart ?

Ive slightly oxidized a whole keg to no real effect, just a cardboardy taste...quite sure that nothing bad can survive in beer!
