Offal wise everything, witchetty grub, snake croc, camel, goanna, buffalo, roo, emu a big yes. Parsnip is eaten under a lot of sufferance. Why parsnip is such a negative I don't know? A bit like the Coriander conundrum, some love it while some hate it.
Can i just say, someone said above a lot of people say i can't eat that and have never tried it, i will try anything i tell my grand daughter how do you know if you don't try it she now eats a of veg and other stuff she didn't like , my son son who is now 32 would not eat veggie's when he was a kid so, every Monday morning breakfast was all the left over veg from Sunday mashed and fried up with a touch of gravy he loved it and never knew, he doe's now top tip there
I used to have tripe on a Friday. As for not eating stuff...didn't fancy trying beef heart but I think I would now.
One thing I used to eat but would give a miss is phal curry...due to the severe broken bottom the next day. Otherwise I still crave the heat.
There's very little I won't eat and I will give anything a go at least once.
Even the stuff I don't like that much I'll still eat and actually someone mentioned beetroot that I used to hate in my younger days but will happily eat it now, even the stuff in vinegar which is probably what put me off in the first place.
I'll give anything a go really but I'd never eat boiled tongue again. My grandma would make it for dinner and wouldn't give me ice-cream until it was finished
