I've found some growing near my home, they've spilled over from an allotment and I can have some :) :) :)
But what do I do? I guess dry them some how? ......and what about bugs and storage? I hope to 'dry hop' when they're ready for use.

Thanks in advance

use on same day as picking and use to dry hop freshly picked there won't be any bugs as such
and the rest you pick dry
i dried mine in the oven at around 35 40c
for around hour half 2 hours
vacuum pack and put in freezer or fridge to use in later brews.

fresh dry hopped

Excellent, Thanks :thumb:

Straight in fresh, that's handy. They do look bug free now you mention it .

The little beauties :D How many would you suggest for a 36 pint kit (dry hop) ?
