Cold as a stepmother's kiss, surely??!!!

There are loads COLD as a witches *** is popular here.

Cold as a polar bear’s picnic.

It's as cold as a well digger's ***.

"It's colder than a witches ***** in a brass bra"

“As cold as stone”

“Cold as charity”
.

I'm in Devon near Instow. Just a short walk away is Yelland Manor brewery. I've had an interesting chat with the owner regarding brewing in general and in particular yeast.
He's got one beer on the go...his Standard Bitter which is a British style beer, reminds me of TT Landlord...but then it's made with yeast he collects from the brewery...I took a 4pinter away for £6...it's a nice golden colour with a tasty grainy finish.

The sun is past the yard arm, so sipping a Titanic plumb porter for the first time.
Very decent !

In Vienna airport after a very long day that started with my alarm at 4.10am. This is a pretty tasty malty lager brewed just outside Vienna and available in city centre bars for very reasonable prices.

Tonight on target for 9 cans of punk IPA....bought a fridge pack as it was easy being on holiday....and I had some left.

That’d be me off to sleep if I drank all them!

I’m drinking my 5.5% plum porter!

I'm drinking a Chinook based pale ale. I haven't dry hopped but used all the hops in the boil and at flameout. It's richer and has solved the slightly "thin" hop flavours I've suffered from. It's good to try a different approach every once in a while.
