First try of My porter, big head as the gas was on high. Still needs some time, chocolate is very dominant. Made this loads of times before so I am sure it will come good

Next try is My American amber, cascade and talus hops. Clear for a beer that's only in the keg over a week. Hop aroma is strong, this should be good for Christmas

2nd up my most recent Golden ale of Kent brewed with my own East Kent First Gold hops ('cos that's where I live).
Much better sequence; Drunk after rather than before the bitter pale ale blended beer.
Strange that, but I then did expect something of the sort.
So that's how I'll serve them to houseguests over Christmas.

Tasty though, barley sugar twist followed closely by treacle toffee.

It's a bit...moreish, or maybe that's just to my taste

Nice enough, not my all time favourite but good for it's price range, definitely an acceptable 'end of evening' tipple!

Edit: it's an amazingly calming dram, managed to stop me having a full blown panic attack after SWMBO asked me to administer an 'at home piercing kit (basically a big needle with an attached catheter) to her nose. I'm not freaking out at all now...just a little shaky
