It’s hard to do but sometimes the best place for a bad beer is the sink, I find it incredibly freeing to just ditch a bad batch.

I did have a gallon keg almost full of the stuff, that went down the sink a couple of days ago. The bottle conditioned version is just drinkable when very cold, but far from good.

I honestly forgot how nice this is, I'm a big fan of Jura as is, but this is probably my second favourite after the red wine cask edition.

Quite delightful, sherry cask finish.

This used to be prevalent in supermarkets but it seemed to disappear when I wanted it, good old Amazon though, cheap as chips and rather lovely!

Good old reliable M&S, made with 100% Gamay it’s a nice easy sipping wine and should go nicely with the Thai Duck Salad.

Stunningly fragrant, bought in Calais Carrefour a year ago.

Love a Zin, but Petite Syrah is less common.
BTW, do you make your own hand wash detergent (backdrop in the photo)?
