ANZAC Day today after watching the parade got home and bottled my Milk Stout. Did some potting up while having my Irish Extra Stout first taste of this 10 or 12 days after bottling was a bit thin. Now it has come of age 2 months in the bottle, nicely conditioned good head lasting to the end, lovely stout.
