Baltic Porter to follow the stout. I do like the alcohol flavour in this beer, it’s very noticeable but also very smooth. Majestic! 😂

Right.

Golden with good clarity. Head of foam with excellent lacing throughout.

Aroma is spicy lemongrass, not sure if this is yeast, hops, or a combination (if I had to say, I'd go for the latter).

Firm bitterness, very dry finish. A perfect beer to quench your thirst on a warm day.

This is more like Taras Boulba than de Konnick - a modern Belgian Blonde so whilst I'm not sure it would meet the style requirements for a BJCP competition (and I'm not saying that to be a **** and it may well never have been intended for a competition) it is an incredibly delicious and well-brewed beer in it's own right.

It was so nice a fly dive bombed into it.

Cheers @dave_77
This is my attempt of many to get something close to Taras Boulba although this one was based on the Burning Sky/De la Senne Collab using Motueka and Celeia. This one I also used Wyeast Belgian wheat and I may have under pitched a little as I find it a little more yeast forward than previous batches. It's one of my biggest issues that I brew this style regularly but it doesn't fit with any BJCP styles so it's never likely to be brewed for a comp..could probably up the abv and hopping and enter it as Belgian IPA or White IPA with this witbier yeast. Glad you enjoyed

First time I’ve being able to use the outside oven in about a month, Ooni pizza ovens may be basically overpriced metal boxes but they do make a good pizza.
…and that’s what matters if you like a good pizza. I don’t have one (any) but they are likely popular because they do a good job.
