First one of my fully mature (!) Camden pale ale clone #1.
Not much aroma left , but the hop to malt flavour transition is there, if a bit thin.
Still pleasant and no sherry-like flavours.

Tried a golden ale but it's not a nice as My dark lager.

My keg of mild kicked so I have tapped a new keg of ‘Stoutly Mild’ (original recopie from the CML site), basically a standard mild but uses about 2.5% roasted barley, and a fair bit less crystal than I normally use in Mild giving a much dryer finish with a nice flavour from the roasted barley.

Also looking at this photo I really need to clean the utility room sink.
