I have run out of gas so making my way though some old stash
Belgian tripel and a Belgian imperial stout brewed using a Saison yeast are both gushers
Found this not sure what it is. Maybe a Saison but the flavour has mellowed

Today I brewed another batch of bitter then we went for a pub lunch where I had a couple of pints of Speckled Hen. Back home now and I’m battening down the hatches in readiness for the storms tomorrow while enjoying a glass of my best bitter. I’m sorry if any of you folk are affected by the awful scenes of flooding on the news. Heartbreaking.

Helles, Märzen, and Festbier. All very tasty, latter two reconfirm that I'm definitely on the Märzen side when it comes to Oktoberfesbiere.

Pumpkin Pie Porter. Really quite happy with this, but perhaps a touch more vanilla would round out the flavours.

Porter next. I’ve had this on tap for quite a long time and I think the flavour is still not much different to when it was fresh. The keg is getting a bit low now though so I do have another batch conditioning, should be ready by about the middle of next month.

On balance this shades it. There's a maple syrup sweetness that brings everything together, although a very synthetic finish. Couldn't have two though, so mine wins on the drinkability.

In my opinion my British Pils after 64days in keg is great now..crystal clear, cleaner in flavour and everything has come together nicely in last 2 weeks.
