The Gose has just kicked, just as I bought my husband some surprise new glasses to drink it in

After a very nice LUNCH (not dinner ) we moved on to the little monster tap,

local brewery, to taste their offerings. First up their NEIPA

Not a bad pint
Moved on to a flight...

Their stout could convert me to drinking more stout. Liquid tiramisu. The APAs were gluggable (technical term). Still got a boogie at our local to look forward to

Time to join the party! Starting tonight with a glass of Butterfly Effect IPA.

This one has galena nugget and ekg hops and is as bitter as it is dark. Lovely

I'm so proud of my husband for making this. I've just cleaned the beer lines and put this on tap for him.

It's his 'Even Sharks Need Water'. It's not a kit - he bought all the separate ingredients and copied the water profile etc.

Got to say I can't tell the difference. It's stunning!

I do think our brewing is starting to go up a notch.

Another Czech Pilsner. This has improved daily over the week and there’s almost no trace of those off flavours even after just a few days. I’m not sure if the beer really has conditioned that quickly or the off flavours only really existed in the muck at the bottom of the keg - and I’ve drunk it all!

It’s a quiet one this year. Wife is on nights 4 girls are all out on the lash.
My days of sitting in the pub all paddy’s day are over lol
