Really nice sup. Probably a bit strong but you would never think it. Would love to know the hops used.

I'm really excited to post this!

As it's nearly Mother's day I received another parcel today. This is one of the best presents ever from my eldest!

It's a Tiny Rebel 11th birthday celebration box - 8 new beers (440ml) with a glass and some beer mats. Apparently you can blend some of them together too, but haven't found the instructions on that bit yet lol.

The box is so cool as each beer folds down like a piece of cake, and the centre glass holder folds out to a flower. Yes it's a little girly but exactly what I like and my son has cracked it once again. I'm in love with it!

I'm starting with a Caramelised Pineapple Spiced IPA. It's yummy and so complex. I recommend this as a gift for someone as it's just so cool, and the first beer i've tasted is pretty good. The husband says this one tastes like a pineapple apple pie lol.

I must've done something right when I brought those kids up! 🙏 🥰

Starting tonight with a glass of my Czech Pilsner. It’s pretty clear already, the misty appearance is condensation. Not a lot of aroma at this temperature but it’s fresh like sniffing cold air on a very cold morning. The flavour is bready malt and slightly perfumed spicy floral hops. There might be hints of diacetyl and acetaldehyde but they are very subtle and will condition out.
