I asked a stout fellow from Lille to get them from Saint-Sixtus for me. They have to be ordered in advance and orders are limited to 4, I think, cases. No doubt he kept one for himself. Wouldn't you?

Yeah, you might think. In my youth my first car was a Morris Marina with pvc seats. In the summer those seats warmed nicely in the sun and had a similar aroma as the “Bloomin Marvellous”. Fortunately the aroma in the beer is only just perceptible.

Had a little order arrive from Trembling madness today. I had heard about Jever pilsner being more bitter than the norm so thought I would give it a go at the bargain price of £2.60. it is fairly bitter, nice enough

Pale with nectaron and motueka
Not sure what flavours they were aiming for with this one but it’s vile. The aroma gives me cheese of all things and the taste is blue cheese. After taste is horrible !!
Straight down the sink.
Would put you off beer
