A few months ago I made a pale ale with pale, light Munich, and white wheat malt. One addition of EKG ten minutes before end of boil. Used S-33 yeast. This is very enjoyable.

The hop aroma has certainly diminished but the flavor is still there.

I like simplicity. I dont need nine malts and six varieties of hops with hop addition times based on prime numbers to make very likeable beer.
 
Another ******** day so another beer for me.

I never try to put into writing, 'Just the one' though the intention is there.

Since then a Porter and a bitter, anyone else have the same problem?
always I say I'll just have one of mine, then one from the supermarket, one from the specialist bottle shop, one from ......
 
Bottle of Wilding Cider's Runs Deep 2020 in the hotel room finishing off the emails. Popped to pub next door for a Neck Oil. It's ice cold and tastes like hoppy lager. Haven't decided if that's a good thing or not. Perhaps better in July than a snowy January.
