Been out collecting my youngest so time now for a beer and may as well go for a big one to start. This is all it says on the bottle. The mint is subtle but it works the finish is boozy at 12.2%. It’s only a small bottle but packs a punch.

A fine brew day today everything cleaned and time for a beer. After being away for a while it is good to get back to my own beer. First off Robust Porter.

Second a Golden Bitter.

Turning into a bit of a session a stubby of Bohemian Pils.

Next up a Coopers Sparkling clone.

Always wondered who their target market was for these beers ? Do you have to have liked iron maiden ? Are you a maiden fan ?

Seeing off the last of my Hallertau Mittelfruh Diamond Pilsener.
I needed the keg for a White IPA that's been sat cold crashing longer than I'd like,
first taste though was promising - robust back of the mouth resiny bitterness from Chinook and citrusy floral finish from Cascade.
Picked up this today, an informative American brewing guide.
Quick skim was promising, one for the dark evenings to come.
