I used 50/50 of t-58 & MJ New World. Similar to the Belgian pale which I haven't sent you yet with Idaho Gem/Adeena.This is a lovely beer. What yeast did you use
Are you an ex KenRidge kit brewer, how did you find the Vineco kit? Have to say that since they changed packaging I've only done 1 of their kits, been doing Renaissance from Spitting feathers since.Vineco Merlot, travels well up in Aberdeen. Back tomorrow to the Betty Ford drying out clinic.

No head, no condition and not, but oh so nearly, dropped clear.
Taste, mind you, is great.
It's the blended cask.
Rich, malty, bitter with good flavours of hops.
Have I just described southern ale?
