Not a brewery I’ve heard of before but it was the guest ale in the pub by the station so I opted to give it a go. And honestly I’m impressed it’s quite smooth with a floral like undertone that I love in a cask ale.

Had some C&H when I was in Glos back in the spring. I was really impressed. Proper cask ale.
 
First pint of my Mild brewed with a Belgian yeast. Nice and tasty, perhaps a bit thin? 3.9% Not clear yet, but not yeasty. Think I might have to drink a few more to check it out. The photo makes it look as black as coal, but I think that's struck if the light; it's a fairly standard dark mild colour, although deffo not ruby. The CML Belgian yeast works quite well.
