It's a dish originally made from they left overs from a Sunday dinner. Lovely stuff
That’s right - but it’s a good enough dish to make from scratch. It's a dish originally made from they left overs from a Sunday dinner. Lovely stuff

I had a Neipa from a local micro and it didn't taste particularly hoppy, more IPA as you say, I've yet to taste a good example of the style.Loving this NEIPA from Windswept, I wouldn't term it a NEIPA though but it's an excellent bitter and hoppy IPA

What's the idea with mashing hops, does it work the same was as the boil and add bittering by adding so early in process? My Summer Breeze kicked
So, a couple of days earlier than planned I’m putting my new keg of Summer Breeze on tap. This is the one with a mash hop addition, higher whirlpool temp, and an early dry hop for bio-transformation.

The colour is much the same but this first pint is more hazy than normal and there is a yeasty taste so I’m probably drinking part beer and part fallen yeast Ah well, I’m not sitting too far from the toilet!
It is aromatic but I’m not yet convinced it’s more aromatic. I think it might taste more fruity. More later when I’m not supping yeast!
