Edit - getting bubblegum from this for the first time ever. Also, how is it only 3:52 I'm about ready for bed!

More Summer Breeze.

It’s 26.4 degrees here at the moment and is forecast to be another 5 degrees warmer tomorrow. I’m coping today but I may need the ice-cold Pilsner tomorrow. Anyone got higher temperatures?

Depending on accuracy of thermometer we are sitting at 31.5 - 32°C currently. Absolutely brutal.

I got a text from NI Water to say that water use is our area was high and to reduce usage or risk interruption in supply. This was almost just as I turned my sprinkler on to water the fruit and veg. Feeling a bit worried that there's cameras somewhere now 😂
Ffs it rains 360 days a year and as soon as the sun shines they start saying waters going to run out 🙄

Wednesday looks set to be a scorcher of a day the roads will be melting again
I'm back to work on Monday so will have to wear shorts and show off the 2 white milk bottles. Don't think I could stand long trousers and big boots all day !!

tend to wear shorts and boots from June to sept at work as it’s too uncomfortable in work trousers. I be in the van and into nursing homes and houses a lot so shorts make for a cooler day. And my legs only ever tan at the front so are always white at the back lol

Just heard in the 5pm BBC radio 2 that it was the hottest day recorded in northern Ireland. What I heard was it was somewhere in county down called balkywaticock. Never heard of it and I'm assuming I misheard 🤣

I'm a gardener but all sort of insects seem to like my blood and I end up in an itchy blotchy mess with uncovered skin.
