Loving this, this takes one of my favourites (Hazy Jane) up a level

A little swap with @MickDundee wit for wit.

What an incredible difference in such a distinct beer.

I won't try to compare as it will only come across gratuitous. Other than for a pictures sake.

Incredibly smooth with a sweet dry finish to it. A delicate citrus note on the back of the mouth that blends away with the residual sweetness. But the coriander is the star here. Present and strong and wipes the palate clean, not too floral.

Wonderfully light in colour. Mine looks like it's spend too much time in the sun by comparison.

Thank you @MickDundee a pleasure doing business with you.

Happy Friday everyone!
Not been on much recently, which I'm blaming on the reopening of the micro pub (under new management) at the end of my road.
There's craft beer on tap and lots of good cans.... it's the new best pub in Medway.
Just finished this rather pleasant kellar pils whilst checking what time the 'meet the Belgian brewer' event starts next Wednesday 😁🍻

Eldest daughter and I are planning a trip but haven’t set a day yet. Might see you there! 😉

Thanks. I’ll be drinking yours later. I felt mine was lacking a bit of mouthfeel and it’s the first witbier I’ve made that seems to want to clear.

Otherwise happy with it, even if as a competition entry it’s my least favourite of the 4 wits I’ve made.

One week away from towing our van to St David's. That reminds me, I need to do research on hostelries and breweries...

I’ve always wanted to put a corny in the caravan somewhere but I think my other half would kill me 😂

Drinking a Hefeweizen this evening. pitched 22 May. I do sometimes drink bought beer, from the "4 for £6" aisle at ASDA, but every time, in a test vs my equivalent, the bought beer just falls short in everything except absolute clarity. Would have to say that my idea of a "hop bomb" is 100g in 25L and that may be the reason for buying beer?
