Now back home with a few Industry session pale ales from Six Sided Brewery.

Has this the other day, Simcoe & Mandarina Bavaria Pale Ale by @pilgrimhudd

I wasn't quite sure what to expect or what you were going for...

It had a nice crisp bitterness but I didn't get much hop flavour - I'm not sure if that's intentional or if the hops have faded a bit. There was a nice subtle hint of lemon though.

If you handed me a cold glass of this on a hot day and said "here, try this (pseudo) lager" I'd be very happy, even if that wasn't the aim!

I think it would actually work very well if you did it again at lager temps with a lager yeast, but an enjoyable beer nonetheless 👍🍻

Yep, something easy drinking drunk ice cold on a warm day was what I was going for, a pseudo lager probably describes it well. There has been some hop fade, that said it wasnt as hoppy as I thought it might be, I will defo do this again, possibly with a bit more mandarina this time.

Can never go wrong with a kinnegar best beer in Donegal. Crossroads (green one) is my personal favourite.
Definitely very good and should have tried them before now. I did see another one in the shop with a lime green label called something like limebuster but didn't byut it

Line burner is blue and it’s possibly the least favourite of mine that they do. But it’s their best seller being lighter hopped.
