As easy to brew as a weissbier. Take a bit longer to condition. It's more about the malt than the yeast. The dunkle it’s not bad first time I have had one ? Are they hard to brew View attachment 46524

I have never had anything quite so outlandish. That sounds like a blow-your-socks-off kinda beer. This Vocation Coconut Black TIPA was a belter! I keep forgetting I've got a box of their stouts in the shed, I'll have to get stuck in. View attachment 46522

Got two beers tonight, Fullers 1845 & Fullers Golden Pride, Still on the shop bought, dare I mention it, haven't brewed a drop in 2021, but will rectify that once I have moved..
Cheers.
1845 is a great ale, Golden Pride is a beast at 8.5%, nice slow drinking ale for a rainy & windy evening. Not tried the golden pride but you cant go wrong with an 1845!
