Made a beef stew earlier with my stout, turned out very very nice after about 3 hours in the oven and had a pint of the stout with it too

Now sampling my Leffe type clone with a pizza. Last week wasnt sure about it but now the flavour is good, undercarbed though so I've added more sugar to the remainder

I always seem to end up under priming with table sugar somehow, possibly the scales arent accurate

I will definitely get one over. I plan to keg this one along with the Czech amber lager. I might need some tips on how to bottle from the keg.
I generally bottle condition the Belgians still because I think the higher carbonation works better this way, and I think it would be alot harder to bottle off the keg at 2.7 vols +. I had been using my made counter pressure filler but after seeing @dan125 s tapcooler counter pressure filler I couldn't resist a purchase 🤣

I have a Vienna IPA with Talus citra and cascade. That can go into the keg then. I will bottle the single. Was your Belgian pale in the keg

Sounds a nice combo. Yeah the Belgian pale I keg that one at a slightly low carbonation and same with the Belgian IPA before.

Now having a glass of someone else's homebrewed bitter. Tastes great and has poured really nice. Lovely and clear and great head retention. First time I have tasted anyone else's - it came from a lovely lady on a local FB group to whom I was giving away a couple of pressure barrels gratis and unsolicited she turned up with 8 bottles of her finest - so fair play, all power to the homebrew community.

@dave_77 you might recognise the bottle. This is supposed to be an English raw ale that turned out to taste like a Belgian wheat. When I was bottling I had just drunk Dave's Brett Belgian pale. So decided to use the bottle and the dregs. Believe it or not this is actually nice 🤣
Nice Brett flavour

Good idea. Crazy that Brett ...👍🏼 Got to order some more Orval.

Too early for a beer, I need to keg my latest pale first.

But a box of mystery beers from verdant was tempting.

Sorry about the poor photo, was trying to get a photo before the wife questioned another beer purchase.

3 - dipa
2 - pales
2 - ipa
A standard porter
Export porter
Wcipa
Baltic porter
Imp stout

Not bad for £30
