Last of the night, my take on a Baltic porter, its smooth to drink, has a slightly roasty, coffee aftertaste and is pretty good, not great but good. Mine is only 6.6% so it's a session ale compared to the last baltic porter and my choc stout.

I want to make an attempt at making a Baltic porter. I had one in the dark competition that was very good 👍

Not tonight but this arvo, did some hard yakka in the garden worked up a sweat along with a thirst while preparing a bed for new plantings. It was a potato bed I thought, I had picked all the spuds. Got sprung by the wife having an early beer. What gets my goat is, we went out for lunch yesterday so started drinking at 12.30, have a drink at 2.30 at home and its to early. Can't win.
This is a great ordinary bitter. Found some bonus spuds too.

Had my second one away from prying eyes.

I’m loving the look of your beer and your spuds Foxy. Great job!

Having a bit of a mare today with two infected beers from Blackened Sun. I noticed the first beer had a lot of sediment at the bottom so I poured extra carefully, but it tasted awful. The second was even worse, overcarbed and it had a plug of yeast at the top of the bottle so all I got was yeasty foam, didn't even taste that one!
