Drinking the third batch of my Old Hooky Clone, very nice indeed and I have finally got it tasting close to the original, but rather darker for some reason even though I went for the EBC as recommended by Roger Protz

A NEIPA, its good but nothing outstanding. Fruity and juicy, but a bit lacking in body, almost missing that chewy, coat your tongue thickness.

Shame, I think I had too high expectations.

I've decided I need to ease off a bit, being off work for the last 4 weeks I've found my intake has gone up to about 4 beers a day. But I've had a revelation... lemon green tea! It's fruity, citrusy, bitter... it's practically an IPA innit, except it'll make me live longer acheers.
