Personally I’m continuing to drink my Caledonian Deuchers clone, I would normally go for a bit of variety but their Is something to say for just sticking to a single session beer all night.

Probably! Just bear in mind that I overcarb (ruin!) everything in bottles and you might need to knock some of the air out of it.

The bottled plum porter is sooo much nicer when you thrash it first - beware the foamy beer - do it gently!

Brewed in February, stored in a 5l minikeg. This 'Lakeland Ale' may take a long time to pour, but it is a wonderful thing.
89% pale, 7% crystal, 4% torrified wheat, with challenger and first gold hops. 4.5% ABV

Elvis Juice and William Bros grapefruit IPA.
