what are you cooking to go with your brew tonight
I have just cooked a chinese beef stir fry
swmbo loved it so I'm in her good books for tonight

I made pot au chocolate or three :grin:

1 small pot of double cream
125g of marscapone
4 spoons bigger than tea- smaller than table of cocoa powder
3 of the same sized spoons of light brown sugar
150ml of vodka.

whisk it all together to an even consistency.

chill 24 hours then enjoy.
