what a waste!

in a rush a week ago i hurredly transferred my final ever kit from the fv to a keg. As i was in such a rush, with out thinking i simply opened the tap on the fv straigt into the barrel. The beer now has a bad taste to it. Have i killed a whole barrel or is the some thing i can do?

i think i would have to say yes it does!

i couldn't put a flavor to it until you said that but definitely wet cardboard!

It's got nothing to do with the darkside, it will happen to all beer.
