What a great idea, a site where all us alchoholics can discuss our problems and pass info back and fourth. I have not had a good look around yet but hope I can get some answers to some dificulties I have come across.

I am in Hemel Hempstead, Herts and have only found two places where I can pick up wine making supplies. A chemist in St Albans and Wilkinsons in Hemel. Niether have the full range of supplies but I get by.

On the go at the moment I am producing the following wines: Tea, Plumb, Rice and Strawbury.

It is the Tea Wine that is causing me a problem at the moment. It has long stopped bubbling but still hold quite a heavy haze. I am thinking that this is not a Pectine Haze but might be a Starch Haze. Has anyone got any pointers?

Anyway, nice to meet you all.

Tony

Hi and welcome i dont know much about wine but im guessing that when you transfer it to another dj off the yeast and give it a while it might clear. There are loads of people on here who could help :D
