westons cider old rosie yeast

ok guys was in my local last night with a couple of mates and we managed to pollish off the rest of the old rosie from the box & managed to get the beg out of the box & there is loads of the sedament left so wanted to cultavate it so i can make some cider yeast so i can make a nice cider how would i do this ??????
