Weekend brew plan

Going to brew again over the weekend, keeping up with my plan of a brewing smaller batches every 2 weeks!

This weekends recipe for a 15 litre brew

2 kg Golden Promise
1 kg Pale Ale malt
350g Marris otter (end of bag)
150g Wheat malt
100g Crystal
50g Caramalt

40g Brewers Gold @ 60
10g Columbus @ 10
30g Citra @ FO

Nottingham yeast

1.054 OG
1.014 FG
5.31% ABV
17.3 EBC
44.2 IBU

Was going to brew today, but plan B as its going to be a bit warm so may well sample one or two of my earlier efforts against each other ....

Got all my grain ready, not milled as yet, was going to brew tomorrow but we have some shitty weather on the way so I will wait until then.
Historical Bitter Ale.
3 kg Voyager Velaria Schooner malt
2.3 kg Voyager Munich this is to add more colour as my local stockist has no mild ale malt.
0.250 Voyager Voodoo just for a bit more colour. Late addition.
0.300 Gladiator malt
Hops 81 gram Pilgrim 60 minutes one charge.
4 gram Calcium chloride
4 gram Gypsum
OG 1,054 FG 1,013 5.4 ABV IBU 64 SRM 10.05 Mash pH 5.41
