weekend brew advice

hi brewers

planning I think its called a partial brew

ingredients I've got
3kg of dark malt extract
500g of dark spray malt
500g of crystal malt
200g of chocolate malt
100g stryian goldings
windsor yeast


thinking of steeping the crystal & chocolate malt for 60 mins at 70°

then adding the spray malt boiling with the hops at various intervals for a
further 60 mins then into the fv does this sound like it could work any
advice will be most welcome

are you planning on using all the above ingredients or just some. Maybe its best if you have a recipe to work to

I only ever steeped my grains for 30mins when doing extract brews. Apart from that, give it a go, what's the worst that can happen?
