hi all, my name is ian (incase you didn't notice...)
22 and from the sunny scunthorpe area
friends introduced me to H/B about 4yrs ago and it stuck really, lol.
so far i have made gallons of apple and grape wines... a little pair, elderflower and rhubarb wines and am currently brewing a gallon each of dandelion, rhubarb and gause flower wines... coming along well so far
my ultimate plan for the year is 1gallon of sloe gin (i have secret tree's!) and would like to try 1gallon of cherry wine :)

if you want to know anything or have some information you want to share, i am always open to ideas
