I used the rubicon watermelon juice.
4 litres of watermelon juice
A pint of water and 1 kg of sugar boiled.
1 teaspoon of pectolase
1 teaspoon of super wine yeast compound
1 teaspoon of citric acid
1 teaspoon of yeast nutrient
1 teaspoon of glycerol
You don't have to use a full KG of sugar I just like to make it strong.
