Cannot quite get a handle on dealing with the water in my area.

Want to make a 1050 bitter

the water analysis in my area:

130.5 mg/l Ca CO3
132.2 mg/l as calcium
23.003 Clarke degrees
33.05 millmoles

How should |I treat it?
