Hi all, Ive just joined so wanting some advise, I have been a winemaker on and off for quite some years making simple wines, as Im getting older and a bit lazy I want to make some apple wine using pure juice has anyone got a good recipe for me please ?

Hi Simon
I've made apple wine following a similar recipe to above, the only thing that I found was that you needed to use pure apple juice (make sure its not watered down or has anything extra added eg sugar/sweetners) I found I got better results that way although I'm sure you can use non-pure juice. Good luck.
