Hi Phil.
Not sure if you have a beer supermarket/wholesaler near you but I used to get mine from Beer's of Europe in Kings Lynn. Paid a two pound fifty deposit which was refundable if and when crates were returned.

Best option if you have even a small level of diy skill is to make your own wooden crates. Several threads on here.
