Had both of these kits in the garage for a few months and decided to brew them up.

These kits come with a huge amount of grape concentrate and lots of oak chips of different grades.

SG of both kits 1.090

I would normally go into a lot more details but I don't think much else needs to be said. I'll let the images speak for themselves.

Fermentation finished on 18/03, exactly 7 days after they started. Malbec FG 0.995. AUS FG 0.994 No surprise with EC 1118 being the yeast of choice in the wine kits.

I left them another week before adding the stabiliser as I wanted to allow lots of time for the oak chips to infuse.

Added the stabilizer yesterday and I'll be degassing and finning tomorrow.

No idea why these are 4 week wine kits? The steps definitely don't take 4 weeks to complete.
