Firstly sorry for another dumb question still a complete beginner. :grin:
I have had my vimto wine on the go for nearly 4 weeks now and im getting abit confused on what to do next so here goes.
There is no activity through the airlock and hasent been for around a week and a half BUT has a small frothey head and small bubbles comming up from the bottem so there must still be activity going on i have racked into a clean dj and done a reading the last two days witch have both read around 1006 do i rack off onto campden tabs or just leave well alone? the wife would like to have two fizzie bottles and a couple of flat.

On a positive note my lagar and t/c is fizzing up nicely :drink:
