I had a brew day on Saturday, pitched the yeast about 2pm.
Had a listen for signs of fermentation on Sunday afternoon and could see the airlock had moved, but no physical bubbles as of yet.
Came home from work on monday evening and found the airlock bone dry.

Blown the lot out.

Me too, and it fermented out in under 4 days. It's a Porter I made in October & still conditioning in the barrel, and tasting so far tells me it's one of my best AG brews so far.

In the barrel since October. ???
Either you have far too much beer to drink or extremely patient.

I'll start sampling after 1 week in secondary, and definately drinking it by week 2.
Week 4 or 5 and it will all be gone.

Haha, I'm on dry January so it won't really get a good seeing to until Feb. Yes, I had a crazy few months before Christmas, so I have Porter, Stout, a dark chocolate bitter, a Guinness clone, 24ltrs of Ciderworks dry, and a truck load of Turbo ciders. Feb is going to be a very busy, even hazy month:beer1:
