Hi all,
I'm a newbe and have just brewed some 'Festival landlords finest bitter' I followed all the instruction to the letter. The beer is now ready to drink and has cleared beautifully the only problem is it is very, very hopey (is that how you spell it). Can I do anything now to improve the taste? Great site by the way.

As Gaz suggests, it probably too early. When you say it's very 'hoppy', do you mean it's very bitter? that kinda harshness can mean it needs to condition more.

I kegged it two weeks ago but had to move it to a cold area (maybe to soon?) will try leaving it another week. Thanks

maybe leave another month you will have a fine tasting beer. You should have left it for about 2 weeks in the warmth and then in a colder place for at least 2 weeks but 6 to 8 weeks is much better
